This workshop will present information on how to organize your academic job search, including the various components of an application package.

We will review: the academic job search timeline and resources for finding academic jobs; how to effectively compile your application package, including how to structure your CV, cover letters, research plan, and teaching statement; and how to navigate phone screens and campus interviews. This workshop will be useful for scientists on the academic job search now, as well as for those who want to get things in order for future years.
